S-10 Biosensor analyzer introduction
The S-10 Biosensor analyzer is the first generation analyzer produced by Shenzhen Sieman Technology Co., Ltd. The consumables cost of S-10 is extremely low, the analysis speed is fast, 1 pc enzyme membrane can test about 2000 samples with high precision & accuracy.
Multi-channel and multi-combination testing parameters can be realized simultaneously. The volume of the test sample is only needs 25uL(Sample injection volume can be adjusted).
Software: Intelligent operating system, large icon button design, good human-computer interaction experience, perfect system self-test.
Sieman also supplies all the consumables required for the S-10 biosensor analyzer and always provides the best after-sales service.
The S-10 analyzer requires no frequent maintenance and it’s easy to use. Test results can be exported, multi-user login settings, and audit trails are supported.
For basic operation of the S-10 analyzer, please refer to the following video:

S-10 Biosensor analyzer principle
Enzyme membrane consists of Polycarbonate layer and Immobilized enzyme layer and Cellulase acetate layer, where Immobilized enzyme layer can be the corresponding oxidase of different test substrates (like Glucose). When the sample contact with the enzyme membrane in the reaction module, it will reach the Immobilized enzyme layer and catalyze the substrate of the sample to produce hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide is measured by the hydrogen peroxide electrode and voltage signal is generated. The concentration of the tested substrate is converted from the hydrogen peroxide concentration voltage signal.
By calibrating the voltage value formed by samples of different concentrations, the concentration value of the corresponding substance of different samples can be obtained. The calibration process is divided into two processes: buffer zero (Standard A) calibration and standard liquid (standard B) calibration. The voltage value will be displayed during the calibration process, and the calibration result will be displayed as “Pass” in the status bar, indicating that the calibration is completed; otherwise, the calibration fails. After the calibration is passed, samples with different concentrations can be tested.
